EGYPT (July 14) -- Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will represent the 10-member Association of South East Asian Nations in the 15th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit in Egypt on July 15 to 16 as its spokesperson. The summit will be held in Sharm El Sheikh at the southern tip of the country.
