WASHINGTON D.C. (June 6) – Rep. Michael Honda, Chairman of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), introduced the Reuniting Families Act, H.R. 2709, which presented a key component of comprehensive immigration reform: family reunification.
